Misleading / overcharging for product

Hello, I have purchased a product on line via app, as I was progressing through the checkout procedure the price has changed several times increased by each step ( I have screenshots of the each step) The final price ( displayed to me) was lower then actual price charged to my bank account. When I confronted the customer representatives via chat showing them what has happened, I was accused of being a untrustworthy, then when I showed them so I have evidence of all what has happened and asked if I will get my money back they started to make excuses including when I ask to speak with supervisor.
This app and possibly the website had a potential to mislead many people and generate significant extra income for the company in question
I have all screenshots and transcript of the chat available as evidence
